Three pillars, one goal — making sure no young person navigates an eating disorder alone. Here's what that looks like in practice.
We bring eating disorder education directly into schools, libraries, and community spaces — like our first pop-up at a local library, where 60+ families and teens stopped by for real, stigma-free conversations about mental health.
Through interactive workshops and peer-led sessions, we give young people the floor — a place to ask questions, share what they know, and lead the conversations that shape their own communities.
Through technology, advocacy, and peer support, we're building lasting systems — not one-off events — so the next generation has somewhere to turn before, during, and after recovery.
