ElevatED Youth peer support activity

Still have a question we didn't cover? Reach out — we're happy to help.

ElevatED Youth is a global youth-led nonprofit focused on eating disorder awareness and mental health support for young people. We run community events, workshops, and awareness campaigns — built and led by youth, for youth.

ElevatED Youth is a peer-led awareness and community organization, not a clinical treatment provider — but you don't have to figure this out alone. In Canada, NEDIC (National Eating Disorder Information Centre) runs a free, confidential helpline and chat for anyone affected: call 1-866-633-4220 (416-340-4156 in the GTA) or visit nedic.ca. If you're in immediate crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide Crisis Helpline) or go to your nearest emergency room.

Fill out our volunteer form (linked on the Get Involved page) or reach out through Contact. We welcome volunteers at every level, from event support to content creation.

Yes. If you're part of a school, library, or community organization interested in hosting an ElevatED event or workshop, reach out through Contact — we'd love to talk.

We're a global youth-led nonprofit — our community and content reach young people well beyond any one city, with a vision to keep growing from here.
